Im making a Rainmeter skin that simply tells how many inboxes and/or notifications I have, can someone help?

I dont know how to setup the .ini configuration file so that it will tell how many inboxes and/or notifications I have. I think i would have to use the web parser plugin to get stuff from the facebook notification feed.
