Recoil Game Controller (PC)?

Hello! I have yet another issue I can't seem to solve on my own! =D I have bought myself a PC controller a while back, and I wanted to use it on my newest computer. The controller in question is from Game Elements. Model #GGE909 PC Recoil Control Pad. I remember getting it to work on my older computers, but now on Win7 it doesn't want to work at all. The lights come on, the mouse and analog buttons will turn on and off when i press the buttons, but i cant make it do anything. In the profiler I have made a profile for my PSX Emulator, but it never reads it. If I close the profiler and try to load the ini file for that profile it comes up blank. The installation doesn't run like the owner's manual says it should either. It says that it will ask you to unplug your controller some where in the installation, however, mine extracts and places the files and tells me to hit finish and says its installed. I also remember that I could calibrate the controller to work better, but I don't see that any where either. This is not a necessity, but it sure beats the hell out of using the keyboard for the PSX controls...
