Where can i find testingcheatsenabled in sims medieval its not in the options folder?

My sim is stuck in the forest preventing me from using both her and the forest and nothing I seem to do will get her out but I can now see her. Ive looked for help and people keep saying to go to commands.ini and change the testingcheatsenabled from 0 to 1 but the problem I have now is OI cant find the "testingcheatsenabled" or anything surrounding testing cheats. Can anyone help as I really dont want to delete her and start again shes one of my main characters
