Trying to play Nancy Drew computer game and having "INI PATH" problems!!!!?

I installed Nancy Drew and the Treasure in the Royal Tower into my PC. I have the latest version of DirectX. It seemed like it installed fine. When I went to play it, all that came up was a message that said,"ERROR - Incorrect path to INI file." How do I fix this??? I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times and it still won't work.
