How to get around a error build (ini file)?

I work at a ford dealership and the IDS program will not start up says that the disc and the memory don't match please reinstall the program. However, when I go to delete it on the techs computer from the change and remove programs screen I get the error Build (ini file) how do i get around this error so I can delete the program and reinstall it to get it working properly?
