Can i get a restraining order against my parents so they can't see my children?
My wife and I are curently seperated. It was an amicable seperation and we are both in good places right now. The reason for our seperation is because I am gay. My parents on the other hand are not OK with this. They tell my wife that she is a bad parent to let my see my children because I should not be around them since i'm gay. They tell her that I should have NO RIGHTS since I left the house since i'm gay. This has been going on for 3 years. They are now telling my son who is 11 that I am no good, that I am sick, and they constantly question him about my lifestyle. All of my children know I am gay, I have three. The youngest who is five is the most affectionate towards me and my parents tell my wife that If she makes sure that I don't see her ever again that ini six months my daughter will forget all about me and and she will never have to know I am gay. My wife IS FULLY supportive of me and WILL NEVER do that to me. We just feel that our children are adjusting to my lifestyle well and that my parents are doing more harm to my son telling him these aweful things about me. Can i get a restaining order against them?
