How to send mail using mail() function in php?I am using win7,iis7,php5 combination.?

I have updated my php.ini to contain uname and password.But when I run the script it says"SMTP server response: 530 authentication required - for help go to http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop-11.html" can an one help me????I dont want to use sendmail or PEAR pacakge....
